gbOpen no shapeISO for ADM1 CIV data

When accessing v5.0.0 or the current build, all the shapeISO appear as ADM1 rather than the actual ISO codes. This is different from previous versions (e.g. v3) where these were available. Is this expected?

We don't guarantee shapeISO codes (as the ISO standard doesn't update as quickly as the actual data, and there are frequently mis-matches), but we'll take a look at this and see if it's something with the data or the build.
