App took 2 windows and 3 commands to compile and run.

It might be easier for everyone to be in the same development environment in tune with react-native's official documentation. Could we add those commands to the start script?

This is not a great idea on my end because I have a PC. I can only build the Android version of this app.

@cdikibo react-native development accommodates different operating systems. Please see documentation.
