Show and Initials controls as dropdowns.

Adding a drop down list for the Show and Designer Initials (for people logging files for multiple recordists in a facility).

There is a new Settings dialog you can bring up from the main menu which allows you to enter the shows and/or initials you want to show up in the dropdown. If you add multiple items to either list, the control will then become a dropdown list with those options. If you don't enter (or clear) those lists in the settings dialogs then the control will be a text input like it is now and will remember your recently used values.
