if not, I suggest two things

1. Use NextDNS: https://nextdns.io/
2. Download a VPN temporary and try.

I'm not able to download it via browser. but I don't understand why I need to use a VPN or nextDNS?

@mouhsnimohamed You need a DNS or VPN so you can download the files. Your internet is blocking the URL.
