Bug Description:

"Add Contact Form" button is non-functional for "Product Short Description".

Environment:

Windows 10, Mac Mojave:10.14.6 (18G103)
Browser: Chrome(Version 85.0.4183.83 (64-bit))
Firefox(Version 80.0.1)(64-bit)
Safari(Version 13.1.1)

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create a Jurassic Ninja test site
2. Install and Activate WooCommerce, Query Monitor and WooCommerce Beta Tester Plugin.
3. Click on "Run the Setup Wizard"
4. Complete the on Boarding process.
5. Select one of the theme e.g.: StoreFront.
6. On WooCommerce Service Page, Select "Yes Please"
7. On WooCommerce Dashboard, go to Products.
8. Create a Simple Product and in product edit view click on "Add Contact Form" button for "Product Short Description"
9. Observe that "Add Contact Form" button is non-functional for "Product Short Description"

Note:
a. When user clicks on "Add Contact Form" button for "Main Product Description", it adds the contact form under "Product Short Description"
b. User is allowed to add multiple contact form by clicking on "Add Contact Form " button.

Actual Result:

"Add Contact Form" button is non-functional for "Product Short Description"

Expected Result:

"Add Contact Form" button should be functional for "Product Short Description"

• I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
• This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.

We won’t be able to include this fix in the upcoming release due to the lower priority of this issue compared to others reported. We’re going to add it to our backlog so we can include it in our planning for one of our future releases.
