Missing parameter for loadBalancerIP in service.yaml (server) #50

I need to configure the server service as a loadBalancer service.

I can write server.service.type: LoadBalancer.
But there is nowhere to specify the IP (with loadBalancerIP).

I submitted PR #48 as a fix for this issue.
