Pasting a very long text literal crashes the browser

Expected behavior

When there is a very long text literal, the editor should not crash the browser.

1. First, create a project with this program:

4. Browser becomes unresponsive, and then eventually says there were too many steps, after it's done computing and rendering.

Environment

This happened on a slow Windows PC at a school, but I could not get the device information.

Cause

After some profiling, the root cause is that we are getting the type of very long lists, but not caching the type, and so it takes a huge amount of time to reconstruct the list type each time we request it.

Design specification

The best solution here is to cache the computed types of long lists, sets, and maps.
