Feature request: include a precompiled version of CASCConsole in the releases

Since wow.tools is going away, I was looking for a CLI tool to extract DB2 files

CASCConsole seems the perfect app for me, but unfortunately, there's not any precompiled build (that I could find anyway); and no readme for the syntax
after some effort, I did manage to compile a build for my own use, from this repo source, but it would be absolutely awesome if precompiled builds could be attached to releases, if it's not too much trouble 🙂
