I am getting the timeout message on all plugins regardless of what the actual timeout is set to (this is a dedicated server so I can tweak this setting directly). In the php error log some of the paths look mangled like:

21-Mar-2017 20:09:10 UTC] PHP Warning: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(C:inetpubvhostsslapfact.comhttpdocswp-contentpluginsnk-google-analytics/) is not within the allowed path(s): (C:/inetpub/vhosts/slapfact.com;C:\Windows\Temp) in C:\inetpub\vhosts\slapfact.com\httpdocs\wp-content\plugins\php-compatibility-checker\vendor\squizlabs\php_codesniffer\CodeSniffer.php on line 1554
