Invoking Cross tenant API with a single token

Problem

As per the implementation of APIM 4.0 or versions, it is required to generate tokens on a particular tenant's key manager in order to invoke an API belonging to that tenant. Hence it seems complex for the customer and requesting a solution for this.

Solution

Introduce a global-level configuration to enable this feature. With this feature with a single token, a user will be able to invoke cross-tenant APIs without generating a token in that specific tenant's key manager.
