Compilation failure

When I try to compile jaggery I get the following error,

Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

There seems to be p2 plugin issue, but it builds in my local machine and also in bamboo, @Madhuka can you try this in a clean repo

Please ignore. It builds on a clean repo. Probably something wrong with my local maven repo.
