Trashy not loading / No settigs icon

I found that I couldn't access Trashy anymore. So I recopy and pasted bepinEX and trashy. I booted it up, the trashy menu is still not back.
Then I made a backup of vtuber studio and deleted the folder. Verified the files, redownloaded vtube studio, then recopied and pasted the needed files and I still couldn't access Trashy.
I don't know if I'm doing something majorly wrong, or if something is making vtuber studio incompatible with trashy.

It works when I use the start_without_steam.bat. I do find it odd how it worked from Steam until recently.
But regardless, thanks for the help.
