注意到五八已经对Fair相关的技术申请了好几个专利，公开号CN115113948A、CN112667263A等，但是目前都还没被授权。如果专利技术被授权的话，再使用Fair框架是不是会涉嫌侵犯五八的专利权呢？开发者要如面对这里潜在的侵权风险呢？

在选型之前还是必须得考虑一下的，就像要先看一眼license一样，不然用了后沉没成本太高了
