provide function to send pm's to players.
I'd like to internally work with steam id's as unique identificators

this seems to need Alloc's server-fixes. I suppose we can require those ^^

the hiding of chat commands definetly requires the server-fixes to be installed, so do private messages.
so for a secure server with passworded lobby, there is no choice but to install it, otherwise the password will be visible for everyone ^^ I can only think of individual passwords for each new player, but I suppose that's way too over the top :)
soo, not needed for dev, but needed for final version for sure
