Support Proxy Lists

Description of the feature request:
Could you implement importing of proxy lists from a file or from a URL? If 
you do not understand what I mean, see SwitchProxy for Firefox (not the 
Chrome version because it is completely different). It will update your proxy 
list from a file or URL at specified intervals.

I get my proxies from (for reference and an example) is: 
http://www.shroomery.org/ythan/proxylist.php

I agree.

An import option from txt proxy lists should be nice !

In fact, it will make your plugin really perfect !!!

not only import from internet but local file also, and multiple locations as 
well.
