Touches_GestureRecognizers with unknown item type

The Touches_GestureRecognizers project doesn't load in MonoDevelop 2.6. It gives me the following error:

Hello,

The Touches_GestureRecognizers project doesn't load in MonoDevelop 2.6. It

Or apologies, we checked some of the samples with a dependency on the Beta
for MonoDevelop 2.8

Worked with current stable. Also I resolved warnings
