How to Create A Repo Under a Team

While bucket clone user/repo_name can clone a repo from a team, there's no way to create a repo under a team. The command bucket init repo_name will only create a private repo for a given user that's initially setup. Is there a support to allow to specify an owner when doing bucket init --owner repo_name?
