Hello,

Unless I'm mistaken, the v1.0.0.22 of DocX.dll does not include the following change (a .InsertHorizontalLine() method on Paragraph.cs) 4c86599

This is odd because the commit above precedes b8dbfee (the commit of release 1.0.0.22).

Why not use binary that's inside the source code:
https://github.com/WordDocX/DocX/tree/master/DocX/bin

I've not released a new one but the one with sources is the newest available.
