Support for KDE

I had an issue with missing "toolbar" icons on KDE with the icon theme. It was text only.

I fixed it by adding "breeze" or "oxygen" to "Inherits" in index.theme

But that caused the standard folder icons to default to those of breeze/oxygen.

I fixed that by adding a symbolic link called "inode-directory.svg" pointing to "folder.svg" in each of the Xenlism-Wildfire-*/Places folder.

That fixed the problem for KDE.
