Feature request: Add N, Allele1 and Allele2 info to MVP output

Dear professor Liu,

Thank you for providing this wonderful tool.

In practice, many gwas summary based downstream analyses required infomation like "Number of tested samples", "Allele1 (the minor allele)" and "Allele2 (the major allele)". Although these data could be extracted from the input, it is convenient that the MVP could output these data by default.
