Rename /opt/xilinx/xrt install directory to contain version of xrt #85

Current version of XRT is 2.1.0. The install directory should be renamed to /opt/xilinx/xrt-2.1.0
Renaming has implications on how run.sh sets XILINX_XRT (and PATH, LD_LIBRARY_PATH).

Whoever addresses this may want to look at #86, and perhaps it can be addressed at the same time.
