annotate_v script integrated into Pymol
A simple-to-use script for annotation of VH or VL sequence of an antibody in Pymol environment. It creates a Pymol selection group for each FR or CDR region.
Built based on the annotate_v python script. Merged into master branch at Pymol Script Repository
