opus 1.4 missing on homepage #278

GitHub page for opus mentions https://opus-codec.org/ as the official homepage but even though GitHub release for opus 1.4 was made a while ago, homepage still does not mention it neither News nor Downloads sections.

At the moment, someone needs to ping me to deploy updates from https://gitlab.xiph.org/xiph/opus-website. However, the site generator seems to be broken, so the ci build needs fixing as well.
