[Feature Request] Add support for multiple filter criteria on a mod filter input

Hi,
It would be really helpful to be able to filter mods with more than one criteria at a time, Use cases would be filtering using multiple tags, or filtering by a specific item slots with a specfic tag, for example.
Can do a PR for this, It would need some discussion regarding the treatment of whitespaces though.
