請問有沒有nosock模式?

您好，想請問有沒有nosock之類的模式?

現況:
伺服器上面沒有tun/tap，也沒有root。只能普通的listen tcp/udp port
要運行類似 l3 vpn的裝置，只能在用戶態處理封包轉發/路由/NAT/conntrack

客服端有root，可以創建tun設備，用udp轉發到伺服器
