Allow the creation of arbitrarily-typed reference registers.

Technically this can be done in the component adder, but it would be nice to have a separate folder in the Variables tab for this.

There is a ReferenceRegister component, but it has the Hidden attribute. Wondering if there’s some way to have a generic type specifier as a part of the node.

Would add a new button to the LogiX browser in Variables/Storage category which would allow creating ReferenceRegister<T> nodes since currently no button exists for this.
