点击新建下载任务，选择打开种子文件无任何反应，退回1.1.1版本后可正常使用

在 Cordova 中，<input> 的 accept 属性只支持使用合法的 MIME 类型，而不支持使用文件扩展名
为了更好的兼容性，openFileContent 的 fileFilter: ".torrent'"应改为 "application/x-bittorrent'"
