Rename buildir to builddir

Rename xmake f --buildir argument and $(buildir)

xmake f --buildir=build

rename to

xmake f --builddir=build

For compatibility, for 3.0.x, buildir/builddir will both exist and output a deprecated warning. 3.1.x will actually remove it.
