distinguish balance values

Currently the only way you can discern if a number is positive or negative is the tiny minus in front of the number. Additionally, positive balance should be colored red.

Maybe bold can be used as well, for example when the negative balance reaches -50 or so.

We could also use red and green background colors of different saturation levels of the table rows for that.
