类似clash meta 的筛选节点功能，可指定筛选哪些订阅链接的节点。![image]image

按照现在的设计并不好办，多个订阅链接是用 | 分割的，没有地方去弄筛选

现在可以在节点的 tag 中添加订阅链接的域名，这样你可以用正则把需要的订阅筛选出来
