Prevent irrelevant output with CSV format

Hi,

When SQL query contains DDL operations this appears in the CSV output.

How can I avoid this?

Observed:

USQL_SHOW_HOST_INFORMATION=false usql duckdb:///tmp/test.db --csv --command 'PRAGMA threads=1; SELECT 1 AS column1;'
# PRAGMA
# column1
# 1

Expected:

USQL_SHOW_HOST_INFORMATION=false usql duckdb:///tmp/test.db --csv --command 'PRAGMA threads=1; SELECT 1 AS column1;'
# column1
# 1

The same behavior with other drivers (tested with postgres and create function).
