Touchpad panning is not possible #1387

The bug makes panning absolutely impossible on some laptops.

Environment

Scope: Desktop IDE
Version: 0.22.0
OS: Arch Linux / Gnome
PC: laptop operated with a touchpad (touch to click turned off)

Steps to reproduce

Hold down spacebar
Hold down the left button on the touchpad
Move a finger over the touchpad

Expected behavior

The patch canvas pans

Actual behavior

The cursor switches to the grabbing hand, but panning does not happen
Using the middle button on touchpad instead of space+left produces the same behavior
