Missing text in Record constructor definition

In http://beta.book.xogeny.com/behavior/equations/record_def/, the record constructor section is empty. It looks like the page has stopped loading. Maybe you could add some placeholder like To be done, or whatever.

I would encourage you to read the text in commit 96fc3e8 to make sure you think it is sufficient. Please note that this appears at a point in the book where functions haven't been discussed in detail. So that is why I don't include a more elaborate description showing a pseudo function definition like the function automatically generated by the compiler.
