With a Spice port chardev, it is possible to reenter monitor_qapi_event_queue() (when the client disconnects for example). This will dead-lock on monitor_lock. Instead, use some TLS variables to check for recursion and queue the events. Currently we don't properly emulate the DVD authentication which means you need a modded kernel ( usually referred to as bios) which does allow you to run copied games.

I've also started some work on it but I'm currently not actively working on it.
