We have added support for the game maintenance mode in Xsolla Launcher. You can set up the maintenance mode via Publisher Account as described below.

How to Enable Maintenance Mode

  • Log in to your Publisher Account.
  • Go to your project > Launcher settings > Game setup > Operations.
  • Click Configure on the Maintenance mode card and set up the user notification which will be displayed in Launcher desktop.
  • Click Confirm.

Your game will become unavailable for playing in the desktop app in a few minutes. Users will be notified about that in the following ways:

  • via the banner on the authorization form: Some games are not available for playing due to maintenance.
  • via the UNDER MAINTENANCE button on the game page. Clicking the button opens the banner with your text from Publisher Account.

How to Disable Maintenance Mode

  • Log in to your Publisher Account.
  • Go to Launcher settings > Game setup > Operations.
  • Click Disable on the Maintenance mode card and confirm your action.

Your game will become available for playing in the desktop app in a few minutes. User notifications will be hidden.
