Test that `x:helper/@stylesheet` can be resolved with a catalog. Resolving `x:helper/@query-at` with a catalog depends on the processor (works in Saxon 11 and 12 but not 10), so the XQuery case uses a relative file path with no catalog usage.

The Azure Pipelines tests don't seem to be running, even a couple of hours after everything else finished. Not sure why; those tests are running for other PRs. I'll work toward merging another PR from the backlog and then come back to this one. |
