docs: qualify comment about stylesheet not being testable #1885

The original stylesheet could be testable if the test had `run-as="external"` and the scenario provided `x:context`. I think the comment about the stylesheet not being testable was meant in the context of `run-as="import"` (the default), so I wanted to clarify that.
