- Quick fix in version script.
- minor fixes in tests
- make tests independent from the current working directory
- fixes for gpu
- Updated shields.io and dependencies.
- Language vendoring of FORTRAN and jupyter code.
- Changed assert on number of collimators in summary to only EverestCollimators to avoid ambiguity when there are crystals (as they sometimes absorb, sometimes don't).
- Updated version number to v0.2.2.
