ClusterVersionInfo uses pattern for the possible OCP versions for the OpenShift client download URL. This pattern does not take all the possibilities into account, such as 4.12.0-rc.0 or 4.12.0-ec.5 as available on https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/amd64/clients/ocp-dev-preview/. Those versions does not contain the nightly part which is a mandatory part of the pattern. Those version are being used by the OCP PIT testing and pattern mismatch causes the tests failures.

closing, I believe this was fixed with #549
