2.合伙人有选组员的权力和评估绩效权力,聘请、晋升、调动组员权力归整体。
7.用预购预售的方式将新人的产品研发出来以后的销售权力转让给老人,成为某种投资新人的方式,有能力和勇气的老人可以用这种方式剥削新人20%-30%的收益,但是如果判断失误产品也会砸在手里; 三、合伙人小组整体利益分配范围(对应去重)
