系统win10x64 17134

aria2 conf 里的–file-allocation 四个选项都试过了，都一样。
换了几个文件也是。

在另一台ubuntu 1604的机子上没有出现问题

把aria2.conf配置下的file-allocation=prealloc改成这个试下？
