建议开发者角色去除创建仓库的权限，改由管理员或超级管理员指派对应的仓库给开发者，开发者只能操作指定仓库的部署，这样角色权限更为分明

这是一个很棒的建议，目前添加仓库给指定开发者的话，那么当前开发者应该只能看见自己的仓库，这可能需要很多的工作量。 :)
