如题，希望能添加刷新按钮或自动刷新功能。

在哪里刷新?
"上传"那里, 不需要刷新, 因为都是本地数据, 上传进度也是实时的.
如果需要查看上传后在网盘中的状态的话, 可以直接在"主页"浏览它的.
