Leader column sorts according to the Username but shows First and Last Name

Preconditions: Have some meetings created with different leaders, some that have only the username completed, some that have First and Last Name also.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Access the Meetings homepage
2. Sort ASC / DESC the Leader column

Expected results: The column is sorted ASC / DESC.

Actual results: The column is sorted according to the Usernames but for the users that have First / Last name, that is shown instead. This makes the sorting misleading for the users as it appears as the sorting is not done properly.

Environment: Windows 10, XWiki 10.11.2 with MySQL 5.7 and Edge 18, Meeting Application (Pro) 1.9.1
