setting pref impossible

I have done installation as describe in Readme (changing requirements.txt file as said in late issue). OK.
But when I launch ' onedrived-pref account add ', here's what I obtain :

What's wrong ? What to do to solve this ?
OS : Ubuntu 18.04 64 bits

On another machine, all was OK. But... the Onedrive directory is empty ; there is no files that I have in the web Onedrive.
Where is the mistake ?...
Is webhook (ngrok) mandatory ?
