toolbar disappears with maximized excel window

When the user maximizes the excel window, bb's toolbar disappears.

Requires more investigation.

It's probably because Excel creates it's own custom chrome in non-aero mode, which by default results in fullscreen-maximization.
There is a similar effect for firefox fullscreen and "Detect fullscreen application", where the bar correctly hides on fullscreen, but does not reappear when ff leaves fullscreen.

It is slightly annoying and a minor defect. We should investigate how explorer handles these situations
