clp-s: Incorrect decompression results with array fields

When logs contain array fields, the decompressed logs are invalid JSON due to a missing comma following these fields.

Reproduction steps

Compressed the logs below and decompressed the archive

{"array":[1,2,3],"object":{"key":"value"}}
{"array":[4,5,6]}

The decompressed logs are

{"array":[1,2,3]"object":{"key":"value"}}
{"array":[4,5,6}
