Changing date format display in datatable

Ho una rubrica con data e ora, vorrei trasformarla in un solo anno, prima facevo così

<td>{{date('Y', strtotime($mag->time_stamp))}}</td>

2023 

I can't do it now and I don't know how to do it, can someone help me do this?
