Hello Yang,
Great work with MoCLIM paper. I work as a private tutor, I want to explore MoCLIM before teaching to my students. Could you make the data you used available so we could try this out ? I am aware that you obtained this from TCGA database. I also wanted to know whether you downloaded from GDC portal or from derived databases like Firebrowser, Cbioportal etc.
