registered checkbox

there should be a registered checkbox for the user so that he/she knows that they have registered for the contest on sites like leetcode and codeforces where it is a must ,

please assign this issue to me under gssoc'24

@Yash-Parsana by adding checkboxes for leetcode and codeforces as they are the ones which require registration mostly

Have you looked into the code how that component is rendered?
I would recommand first go through the code, it is not that simple.
